ISB15 Game Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ISB15 Game, the online casino and sports betting platform available at isb15game.app ("the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. ISB15 Game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use ISB15 Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ISB15 Game is strictly an adult platform and does not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You must be registering and accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing ISB15 Game account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that you have applied for on this Platform.

ISB15 Game may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method ownership. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, bank statement or mobile wallet confirmation. Accounts will be placed on hold pending verification if documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Your ISB15 Game account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person or allow any other person to use your account to place bets, access games or make transactions.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ISB15 Game support immediately. ISB15 Game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.

Account balances are held in PKR. Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or cards are credited to your PKR wallet and can be used across all sections of the Platform — Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting and the Game Lobby.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. ISB15 Game will make reasonable attempts to notify you before applying any inactivity fees.

All deposits and withdrawals on ISB15 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank account transfers in PKR
• Cards — debit and credit card deposits
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment options

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ISB15 Game does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified on the Withdrawal page. ISB15 Game reserves the right to request identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal.

Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to a reversal check before withdrawal is approved, particularly where a bonus has been claimed alongside the deposit. Please review the bonus section below carefully if you have accepted any promotional offer.

ISB15 Game offers various bonuses, promotional credits and reward offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20x). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate bonus wallet. Real money balance is used and returned first; bonus funds are used when the real balance reaches zero.
• ISB15 Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to remove a bonus from an account if it is determined that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each specific promotional offer once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• VIP programme rewards and cashback offers have their own specific terms communicated through the VIP section of the Platform.

During Pakistan Super League (PSL) season and major cricket events, ISB15 Game may offer cricket-specific sports betting promotions. These carry their own minimum bet requirements and odds restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page.

All games available on ISB15 Game — including Slots, Live Casino tables (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack), and Game Lobby titles — are governed by the rules published within each game. The in-game rules for each title are the authoritative rules for that game. ISB15 Game acts as the platform through which game providers deliver their content; individual game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) systems.

By playing any game on ISB15 Game, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer procedure and are not influenced by ISB15 Game or the player.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game round has started.
• Displayed game histories and account transaction records are the authoritative record of all play. In the event of a dispute between a player's recollection and the Platform record, the Platform record prevails.
• Malfunctions of any game software void all pays and plays for the affected round. ISB15 Game will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and reverse incomplete transactions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.

The Sports Betting section of ISB15 Game covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches and one-day fixtures), Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the final odds applicable to your wager.
• Pre-match bets are locked once the relevant event has started. Any pre-match bet inadvertently accepted after an event has begun may be voided at ISB15 Game's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected Cricket and Football markets. In-play odds update in real time; bets are accepted subject to a brief confirmation delay to prevent exploitation of latency.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs (in the case of T20 or one-day cricket), bets will be settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or sporting authority. Where no official result is declared, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum winning limits per bet, per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed within the Sports Betting section and may vary by market and sport.
• ISB15 Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, result fixing or any other integrity breach.

PSL betting markets — including match winner, top run scorer, total sixes and player performance markets — are available throughout the PSL season. In-play PSL betting is subject to ball-by-ball data availability and may be suspended during delayed data periods.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ISB15 Game. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance — including deposits and winnings — may be withheld pending investigation:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, including accounts registered under another person's details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner that is clearly outside the intended scope of the promotion, including coordinated betting patterns designed purely to extract bonus value.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any automated software, script, bot or external tool to interact with any game, betting market or account feature on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime activity. ISB15 Game may report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
• Impersonation: Registering or using an account using another person's identity, payment method or contact information without their knowledge and consent.

ISB15 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
• Discovery that a registered player is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal obligations that require ISB15 Game to restrict access to the Platform for certain individuals.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ISB15 Game may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and no breach has occurred, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ISB15 Game support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and result in immediate account restriction.

ISB15 Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming habits among all players. Online casino games and sports betting are forms of entertainment. They carry inherent financial risk and should never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Every registered ISB15 Game account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools:

ISB15 Game provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and reliable access, ISB15 Game does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses caused by:

• Scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance or downtime.
• Internet or mobile network connectivity issues on the player's side, including dropped 4G connections during live casino sessions.
• Device compatibility issues or software conflicts on the player's hardware.
• Incorrect bet placements made by the player, including errors in stake amounts or market selections.
• Losses arising from normal gameplay outcomes, which are subject to house edge and probability.

The version of these Terms published on the Platform at the time of any relevant action or dispute is the version that applies. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
